AFC Youth Championship Qualification is the qualification round of AFC Youth Championship, and also serves as the first round of the Asian qualifiers for the World Youth tournament. Only the first rank from each of the 10 groups can qualify for the AFC Youth Championship. The winner and runner-up of the Youth Championship will be the representative for the continent of Asia for World Youth tournament. All matches of Group D was held in Tokyo.
