  • Home: Based on the Manga home uniform. White shirt with Japanese flag, blue for the collar and stripes on the sleeves, white shorts and white socks with blue stripes. The captain armband is white with blue horizontal stripes. The captain armband is red.
  • Keeper (Wakabayashi): Green shirt with white polo collar, darker green shoulders and grey blue pants with white stripes.
  • Keeper (Wakashimazu): Red shirt with teal green chest, red sleeves and shoulders, white polo collar, red pants and white socks
  • Keeper (Morisaki): Orange jersey with pale yellow chest, orange sleeves and shoulders, white polo collar, white shorts and socks.

This is a team originated from the original manga that appears in the Captain Tsubasa J continuity.

In the anime, the team can be seen in the Hernandez's flashback scene of the match between All Japan Jr. Youth and Italy Jr. Youth.

  • Home: White shirt with Japanese flag, azure collar and azure stripes on the sleeves, white shorts and white socks with azure stripes and black back number. The captain armband is yellow.
  • Keeper: Red shirt with blue shoulders, blue round collar, white sleeves and black pants, It resembles the Real Japan 7 goalkeeper uniform in said anime.

In Get in the Tomorrow, the goalkeeper uniform colors between Japan Jr. and Japan Youth are switched around in-game.

The captain armband is red with white Adidas logo. This is Japan 1999-2000 home uniform.
  • Away: White shirt with JFA logo, blue polo collar with a red ring, 3 blue stripes on the sleeves, and blue and red curves from the sleeves to the sides of the shirt, blue shorts with white stripes and white socks. This is Japan 1999-2000 away uniform. This uniform was worn against France Jr. Youth.
  • Keeper: Jet black long-sleeved jersey, with the JFA logo, the Adidas logo, and grey colors on the chest, yellow shoulder stripes, yellow round collar, with jet black shorts and white socks.
  • Training/Home: White shirt with blue round collar, white shorts and white socks. This uniform was worn during the match against Mihara Central and Toho Academy High School.
  • Training/Keeper: Loosely based on the Manga Keeper Home. blue long-sleeved shirt with white polo collar, navy blue chest, blue sleeves and shoulders, navy blue pants and white socks.

  • Home: Similar to Manga home - white shirt with Japanese flag, blue polo collar and stripes on the sleeves and shoulders, white shorts and white socks with blue stripes. The captain armband is white with blue horizontal stripes. The captain armband is white with red horizontal stripes, as worn by Tsubasa or white with blue horizontal stripes as worn by Hyuga.
    • Differently from the epilogue, in the second season, the numbers on the shirts are solid blue rather than white with a thick blue outline.
  • Away: Similar to Manga away - blue shirt with white and red round collar, flag of Japan on the chest, white and red sleeve borders, white shorts and blue socks with a red stripe and a white stripe. This uniform is worn during the match against Argentina.
  • Keeper (Morisaki, Season 2): Green long-sleeved shirt with black shoulders and black polo collar, black pants with two stripes on each side and white socks. This uniform is a combination of the Manga uniforms of Wakabayashi and Wakashimazu.
  • Keeper (Wakashimazu, Season 2): Similar to Manga version, Black long-sleeved shirt with black shoulders and sleeves, green chest and white polo collar, black pants with two stripes on each side and white socks.
  • Keeper (Wakabayashi, Season 2): Similar to Manga version. Blue long-sleeved shirt with black shoulders, black polo collar and black pants with white stripes on each side.
