Carlos (カルロス, karurosu) is a keeper of U-13 Spain and substitute player of All Europe Jr. He is an exclusive anime character. He uses the number "1" jersey for Spain and number "15" jersey for All Europe Jr.

Carlos was not shown during the training session in Paris training camp, but does appear later in the semifinals against U-13 West Germany. Due to his capacities shown despite losing against Schneider, he was considered a substitute keeper in replacement of Hefner during the first half against U-13 Japan.

Spain was U-13 West Germany opponent in the semifinals. Carlos appeared not being able to catch any of Schneider's goals, losing 0-4 against the German team.
