For the game technique of similar name, see High Fire Shot.

Fire Shot (ファイヤーショット, faiyā shotto) is the Young Emperor Schneider's special shot. A powerful straight shot, Schneider is yelling "Fire!" when using it.

Description[]

When Schneider kicks the ball, it looks like the ball is covered with fire and it travels at a really fast speed. Its speed is compared only to the Neo Tiger Shot. It got its name from the smell of burning―caused by the shot's friction―that was left after the ball hit the back of the net. The Fire Shot is an extremely powerful shot which he used against Japan Jr. Youth and S.G.G.K. Wakabayashi. Unfortunately for Japan, Wakabayashi was not able to catch it.

Main article: Karl Heinz Schneider/Techniques

Schneider can use many variations. When being in loss time or the final minutes a match, he calls it Last Fire[1] or Final Fire Shot[2].

  • Neo Fire Shot: Schneider supposedly upgraded the Fire Shot into a Neo Fire Shot[3].
  • Fire Diving Header: He responds quickly to a low-flying ball, slamming it toward the goal with a diving header. The Emperor's attack flies at the opponent's goal like a burning comet.
  • Fire Pass: Schneider's special pass using the Fire Shot.
  • Overhead Fire: An overhead kick with the power of a Fire Shot done by Schneider.
