Kitayama SC was in the same block with Nankatsu SC, Meiwa FC, Hanawa SS, Ozu SS and Shimabara FC in the 6th All-Japan Boys' Football Tournament. They did not actually make an appearance, only their result were shown in the manga and Captain Tsubasa 3109 Nichi Zenkiroku.

- As Shinjo FC is from Nara Prefecture, and each prefecture only has one representative (aside from previous year's winning prefecture, which is Shizuoka), Kitayama SC being from Nara is likely a mistake.
