Captain Tsubasa II: Super Striker[]
Soda was part of Tatsunami HS, participating in the Japanese high school football tournament. Later, he became part of All Japan Youth in the World Youth tournament.
Captain Tsubasa III: Kotei no Chosen[]
Soda was a member of All Japan Youth, taking part in the Universal Youth.
Captain Tsubasa IV: Pro no Rival-tachi[]
He has a fierce personality and is willing to commit fouls in order to win. He's a defender who has a special shot that curves sharply!! His persistence in marking is something to be feared! His obsession for victory is no less than Hyuga's!

Prior to the events in the game, Soda, as a player of Nanbu University Fussball alongside Ishizaki, Nitta and Morisaki, obtained the V-2 after defeating Musashi Laurels in the finals.

Soda was part of the Japanese national team, participating in the Asian Cup, and later the World Tournament.
