Meiwa Higashi MS is a middle school team from Misato City, Saitama Prefecture.

With 8 players from Meiwa FC in the team, Meiwa Higashi knew the personalities, playstyles, strong points, techniques and weaknesses of Ken Wakashimazu and Takeshi Sawada, their former teammates. They caused much trouble to a Toho without Kojiro Hyuga in the semifinals of the 16th National Middle School Soccer Tournament, but still lost in the end.

- Home: Navy blue shirt with no collar and white 明和東 kanji, white shorts and navy blue socks with three white stripes on top. This uniform greatly resembles the Meiwa FC 2018 anime version in the Saitama Prefecture qualifier tournament.
- Keeper: White shirt with a white polo collar and black 明和東 kanji and numbers, with black shorts, three white side stripes and white socks. The shirt is white as seen in the manga and in the 1984 Weekly Shonen Jump supplement.
