After 2 years of rehabilitation, Jun Misugi could play football again, but only for 30 minutes per match. Because of this, Musashi's usual tactic was to have Misugi play for the 30 minutes of the second half, and only defend during the first half. However, during the finals of the Tokyo prefectural qualifying tournament, Misugi had to enter earlier - after 20 minutes in the first half, since Toho Academy was already leading by 3 goals at that point. He managed to score back 2 goals, but his heart problem eventually prevented him from keeping on playing, and Musashi lost 2-3.
