Otomo Middle School (大友中学校) is a middle school football team that appeared in the Captain Tsubasa manga series.

Otomo MS is a middle school team from Shizuoka Prefecture.
History[]
Otomo was considered one of the most prestigious football school. Hanji Urabe, Takeshi Kishida, Masao Nakayama and Koji Nishio went to this school and formed the Otomo Quartet. Shun Nitta and Isamu Ichijo, two key members of Nankatsu SC during the 7th All-Japan Boys' Football Tournament also joined.

- Home: White jersey with black and white collar and black 大友 kanji, black pants and black socks.
- Away: White jersey with white/Kelly green collar and Kelly green 大友 kanji, white pants with a Kelly green stripe and white socks.
- Keeper': White jersey with white collar, black 大友 kanji and dark blue pants.
