Ryan Ortiz (ライアン・オルティス) is a midfielder from the United States, known as the "Tyrant of the Field".

He's a game-original and major character from Rise of New Champions. As USA's team captain, he wears the jersey #10.
Profile[]
He's 13 and a 1st year middle-schooler at the soccer academy run by George Cardinal. Ryan's data analysis-style soccer allows him to learn all weaknesses and abilities from any player, making him a good strategist. He's the perfect complement for Blake, with his fine ball control[1].
In the America route, Ryan's data analysis-style is put to test in the finals between USA and Japan.

Unlock Condition[]
In order to play the match against the American team:
- Clear the normal route (with Germany Junior as the final opponent).
- On a subsequent playthrough, rank up Ryan's friendship from the start, and when given the choice, select the option of telling him that he cannot win with data-based soccer (it will be marked as "starts America Route").
If all conditions are met, USA will become Japan's opponent in the finals.
