U-22 Thailand had a rematch with U-22 Japan, but they were no longer equal opponents in strength to them.

- Home: Red shirt with v-neck collar, white curved triangles on the shoulders, Thai flag on the chest, red shorts. This uniform resembles the home kit worn by Thailand in the 15th Asian Games in 2006.
